Google Tips and Tricks
Turning in Assignments in Google Classroom This video explains the difference between turning in assignments vs. marking as done.  Because we have had parent questions about sharing and presenting it also answers those questions as well.  This video is shown from the student view.  Please feel free to share with your parents or students if you think it would be helpful.  It is also linked on the Parent Resources- Educational Technology Page on the Continuous Learning Site.
Turn off Notification in Google Stream-  If you don't want your classwork to show in your Classroom Stream, this video shows how to turn off notifications in the Stream.
Google Calendar, Keep, and Meet Video- This video shows students how to use Calendar, Keep, and Meet.  Helpful for teachers as well.  Thank you Scott from Eich for the video.

May 18 PD Material Pickup- Elementary (K-5) Only

Hello K-5 Science Teachers!

Here's some important information for you regarding your May 18th PD Day:

-All K-5 teachers will be learning about your new Discovery Science Curriculum, on May 18th, from 8:30-11:30am. In the afternoon the time is yours to go over the new resources, collaborate on it with your PLCs, plan, and the Discovery trainers will be available during the afternoon if any of you have follow-up questions. This day will be a distance learning format of course. More details to come on learning outcomes and how to get signed in to the training on this day!

-You will need a physical TE to use along with the training on the morning of May 18th. Here's how we are going to get these to you:

-We will have a place and time for you to come to pick up your TE. Below are the 4 opportunities for you to pick up. It's suggested that you come on the day that is designated for your site below. But if you can't make it to that window of time, you can pick it up on another one of the days below. You can also have a really nice PLC member pick up your TE for you, or you can choose to be that really nice PLC member for your teammates! Here are the dates and times for pick up. I will be in the front of the school in the parking lot eagerly waiting to see the part of your face I can see through the mask!

4/30 - Cooley 9am-1pm (BO, DC, Kaseberg, TJ, Woodbridge)
5/6 - Buljan 12pm-4pm (Brown, Cirby, Gates, Spanger)
5/7 - Eich (Front of the upper campus, not the “Sierra Gardens” side) 9am-1pm (Crestmont, Sargeant, Stoneridge)
5/13 - Chilton 9am-1pm (Junction, Fiddy, OR)
