Please Make Sure your Last Name is in your Otus Class Tiles- Action Required for Elementary
Please name your classes in Otus with your last name whether you are in-person or a Champions teacher.  This should have been the default for our teachers but we know teachers changed the name of their classes.  We did not ask before to include your last name when you renamed your class but we found this is important for a few reasons.

This helps admin search classes as well as when it is time to print report cards it is very helpful.  Please see below for an example.  To change a class name go to Classes, then Class info, then change the name and hit save.  Please see the GIF below.

Example of what a lot of teachers have.  Please add your last name before or after the title of the class.

Example of what it can look like (does not have to look exactly like this, but please put your last name):

ThinkCentral

Technology worked tirelessly to come up with a solution to roster to the new classes within ThinkCentral.  The only solution within ThinkCentral is to roster through a brand new process that will erase your Trimester 1 class and data.  If you would like to save and download the data from your Trimester 1 class, please follow these instructions by Wednesday, November 11th.  The new classes and rostering will take place on Thursday, November 12th.
