March 3, 2022 RCSD Educator Blog

Thank you again to each and every one of our RCSD staff! We know these last few months (and years) have been filled with change and uncertainty, yet our staff has remained flexible and committed to our students and their education through it all.

Thank you again for all you do for RCSD!

General Updates

  • Employee Wellness - Spring Incentive
Just in time for the spring, SIG will be launching a brand new Grokker incentive so that you may prioritize your wellbeing however it feels best for you!

Whether it's through practicing gratitude, moving your body, eating healthier, or getting a full night's rest -- do what feels best for your wellbeing this spring. As you develop your self-care routine, you'll come to find that taking a little more time for yourself is both enjoyable and rewarding.

(The incentive program is not a challenge. There is no leaderboard. You go at your own pace.)

How does it work? We're glad you asked! Here's what you need to know:
    • Don't have a Grokker account? Create one here.
    • You're already enrolled in the Incentive Plan. That's right! No extra steps are required to participate.
    • Your incentive plan will run from March 7 to April 30, 2022.
    • The more Wellness Minutes you earn, the more variety of prizes you'll have a chance to win!
      • Tier 1: 180 Wellness Minutes
      • Tier 2: 360 Wellness Minutes
      • Tier 3: 540 Wellness Minutes
      • ULTRA: 1,000 Wellness Minutes
    • Earn Wellness Minutes by watching Grokker content, connecting your tracker to your Grokker account, or self-reporting activity not tracked on your device.
    • Random drawings for the winners will take place at the end of April.
    • When there is a Grokker challenge running this spring, you will be able to compete in both the challenge and the incentive program.
Visit your Grokker homepage to track your progress. Let's Get Started!
