Sharing Photos with Parents

Interested in sharing student pictures with families throughout the school year using Google Photos, Shutterfly, Instagram, Facebook, or any other image sharing/social media platform?

  1. Check the student's publication information to make sure the student's picture can be shared. If the family indicated “Do Not Release” during registration, the student can not be included.

  2. Create a private album or page, that is accessible by membership or invite only.

  3. Message the families that selected “No Restrictions” during registration, and let them know how you plan to share photos, ask Parents/Guardians to let you know if they would like to opt-out prior to sharing any student photos on the platform.

Messaging to families must include: If you use special adaptive technologies and/or encounter challenges when accessing the content or information being shared, please let me know so I can provide the information in an alternate format.
