Report Card Information
Report cards will go home on November 10th or with parents at Parent-Teacher conferences. Your site will give you exact details on dates for running a preview and if the site is printing, emailing, or both.  PLC report card prep is 11/2/22. Report Card Comments for both elementary and middle school should be dated 11/4/22 or before. Elementary Report Card Rubrics in Otus must be dated 11/04/22.

There will be an optional Report Card Zoom Training on October 26, 2022, from 2pm-2:30pm for anyone that wants to review how to assign rubrics or have specific questions.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Teachers must plan for in-person conferences. However, we know some parents may need/want a Zoom meeting.  Zoom meetings are reserved for families upon request only. Teachers must be on site for all conferences. 


All sites have already turned in their requests for Spanish interpreters.  If you need an interpreter for another language besides Spanish, please work with your clerical to turn in a Request for an Interpreter as soon as possible.

Technology Services Teacher End-of-Year Checkout - Technology As we near the end of the school year, we would like to share some guidance regarding the end-of-year checkout process for teachers' technology items. Please take a look at the below steps to ensure a smooth distribution and collection of items. The Information Systems Technician team will be distributing Ziploc bags to each site no later than June 6th based on certificated rosters. Principals and site clerical should then work internally to distribute the bags to each teacher. Ziploc Bag Distribution Each teacher will be provided one Ziploc bag for their current room. Teachers are required to place their iPad, Apple TV, charging bricks, charging cables, and remotes (both Apple TV and TV) inside the Ziploc bag. Each Ziploc bag should be clearly labeled with their respective current Room #. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES Elementary Report Card Information Report Card Prep is February 21, 2024. Report cards must be sent home by Friday, March 1st. Please work with your principal on if report cards will be emailed or printed and by when. Teachers have the ability to print their own report card in PTP. We will have an optional Zoom training on February 21 from 2:00pm-2:30pm for any elementary teacher that needs reminders on how to enter grades or comments in PowerSchool. Here is the Zoom link for the training. If grades are entered and you want to see what they look like, everything is live so you can create a PDF anytime between now and March 1st.
