EL & ELD Information: RFEP Monitoring Forms in Ellevation
Regular monitoring of students who have been reclassified from English Learner (EL) status to Fluent English Proficient (RFEP) is one way to support the continued language growth in our students. Official documentation of this monitoring is a state requirement and must be completed twice per year, for any students who have been reclassified within the last 4 years.
All RFEP monitoring documentation will be completed in our Ellevation platform. Teachers with students who have been reclassified within the last 4 years received an email from Ellevation on 11/14/22 prompting the completion of the first documentation for the year. If you received an email from Ellevation, please log-in to Ellevation through Clever to complete the forms by 12/9/22. If you have any questions, please watch this 3-minute video on completing monitoring forms or contact your EL Site Leader. Thank you for your time and careful attention to this process.
