Otus Level Colors for Middle School
One of the pieces of feedback we have received was that in Otus the colors were the same for academic levels 3-6. Moving forward, these will be the colors:



Anything purple is proficient or above. The deeper the color purple, the higher the level. There are only 10 color options in Otus to use. We heard feedback from some teachers that they would like different shades of yellow or red for anything below, however that is not an option. While the colors might not be perfect, it is an upgrade in the fact that all levels have their own color and you can more clearly see the difference in scores.

Masters Degree Opportunity - William Jessup University

Wellness - Calm App
Did you know that all employees with Kaiser as their medical provider have access to the CALM app? Click on this LINK for more information.

All employees who have medical benefits through the district with Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus also have access to a free subscription to the CALM app. See this flyer for more information. When you click on the link on the flyer, be sure to use Sign Up for Free and then continue with Google. Do not use your personal email address. Your free subscription is linked to your work email account through Google.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Enabling Long-Distance Calling Capability for Classroom Phones
Starting Monday, December 11th, classroom phones will have the ability to place long-distance calls. This functionality aims to improve communication and increase flexibility.

We are aware that teachers have expressed the need for this feature for some time. We appreciate your feedback and would like to extend a special thanks to Bryan for scripting it in Mitel, allowing us to expedite the implementation of this functionality.
