Important information about W2s for 2023
W2s will be made available to all staff by accessing the Employee Portal.
Please Note: W-2's have not yet been posted to the Employee Portal. We will send out another notification when they are available. A notice will be sent prior to the required 1/31/24 deadline.
We have provided the links below which outline step by step instructions on how to access the Employee Portal, Reset your Password, and where to find your W-2 once you have logged in.

If you encounter the error message: "Information provided does not match any records on file", please submit a support request through Zendesk and a representative from the Business department will assist you.

K-5 Professional Development Cycles
Our second cycle of K-5 Professional Development has started. Just a reminder to please review this PD Cycle Schedule to see your Cycle 2 dates. More information will be shared as your PD date approaches.

i-Ready Window 2
i-Ready window 2 is from December 4th-January 26th. Please work with your site and PLC to determine when to administer the i-Ready Diagnostic for Reading and Math. Teachers will need to assign their Diagnostics in i-Ready.

K-5 Math: Making a PDF of Student Workbook Pages
If you would like to share links to the Math Expressions Student Activity Book units or import them into applications for note-taking (i.e., Goodnotes), this short video explains the steps for turning the student workbook pages into a PDF.

Updated 2023-2024 Assessment Calendar: CAASPP Date Change
To allow additional instruction before CAASPP testing, the 23/24 CAASPP window has been pushed back one week. We will begin testing the week of April 22nd with CAST. This will be reviewed with Site Testing and Assessment Coordinators at our meeting in January.

$1000 Scholarship Opportunity for Certificated Staff
The Roseville Beta Eta Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, is offering $1000 scholarships to any teachers new to a school or who made a grade level or subject change within the last three years. For sixty years the chapter, established by Roseville educators in 1964, has worked to support our profession. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship, please complete the application. Applications are due February 15, 2024. Any questions can be directed to Linda Warfield, at celticlinda@comcast.net.

Mac OS Updates Starting January
We are pleased to announce that you can now update your Macs to the latest secure version of your current operating system. This update will enhance the security of your Mac and protect your information.
Starting January 29th, staff will receive a "nudge" pop-up window encouraging them to upgrade their laptops to the most recent version. Enabling staff to update their devices minimizes downtime, a significant improvement from previous years when laptops were collected for updates.
Updates should be scheduled outside of regular working hours to ensure minimal disruption, considering the process typically takes around one hour to complete.
