Middle School Report Card Optional Office Hours
A reminder to please run a preview of your report cards on May 15th. Middle School Report Card Update, May 2024
Optional Office Hours to answer questions are on Zoom from 1:30pm-2:30pm. Here is the Zoom link.
Report card previews will not show in your browser if you use the Adobe Extension. You can either remove the extension or just toggle it off by going to Manage Extensions, then Toggle Off.
If you have any questions or issues please submit a Zendesk ticket.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Temporary Technology Helpdesk Closure
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing seamless support and assistance, we wanted to share an upcoming change in our service availability.
Beginning Tuesday, May 14th, the Technology Helpdesk will be temporarily unavailable. This is due to the deployment of our Information Systems Technician team to Middle Schools to assist with Chromebook collection.
The deployment dates for our team are below:

• May 14th & May 15th
• May 17th & May 21st
• May 23rd & May 24th

On these dates, we encourage you to submit support requests through Zendesk. A member of our Technology Services team will provide assistance as needed. For urgent matters, please direct your emails to Laura Assem.
