Elementary Report Card Information
Report cards must be sent home by Friday, March 7th. Please work with your principal on if report cards will be emailed or printed and by when. Teachers will have the ability to print their own report card in PTP.

If you are having any issues with entering grades or questions regarding PowerTeacher Pro, please submit a Zendesk ticket.

Middle School Report Card Information
Final grades are due by Thursday, March 6th at 11:59pm. Report cards will be emailed home on March 7th. A reminder to please make sure you are running your own preview to check final grades. If you need any assistance please submit a Zendesk ticket.

IXL: Translation Support
IXL allows you to translate content for students in more than 80 languages. Go to the Profile icon in the top right corner > Profile and settings. Scroll down to Enable Translation Support, and then select the specific students that need the support and which languages for each student. Find out more here.

Elementary Social Studies Curriculum
We are excited to announce that the Board has approved the adoption of TCI Social Studies Alive! as our new social studies curriculum beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. A huge thank you to our dedicated pilot team, whose hard work and commitment made this possible!
The morning of the April 21st PD Day will be for K-5 teachers to receive professional development on the new curriculum. More information on the 4/21 PD day will be coming soon!

CAASPP Interim and Summative Assessments
Please be aware that the summative, end of year CAASPP assessments are now available in the Test Administrator Interface. Please do not assign any summative assessments until our testing window begins. The summative assessments will be RED in the interface. If you are interested in assigning interim assessments, please note that those will be GREEN in the interface. The interim (green) assessments can be administered at any time.
