Teacher Scholarships
The Roseville Beta Eta chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa--international professional woman educator's organization--is offering $1000 scholarships to teachers!
If you are new to your current school, or made grade level or subject changes within the last three years, you are eligible to apply.

K-2 Professional Development Cycle
The 2nd, 1st, and Kindergarten Cycle of Professional Development will begin at the end of this month. Please review this PD Cycle Schedule to see which date your PLC will be attending and email Kelly Yusim if you notice any discrepancies in grade level placements or PLC members listed. More information will be shared as your PD date approaches.

3-8 Math: Smarter Balanced Focused Interim Assessment Blocks and Curriculum Alignment
Focused Interim Assessment Blocks (FIABs) are short CAASPP-aligned assessments that can be used in many ways in the classroom. Each FIAB typically has 10-15 items, and can be generated as a printable PDF from the Interim Assessment Portal. Screenshots of how to create a PDF are linked here. The grade-level spreadsheets below have all the FIABs for that grade, as well as the links to the Interim Assessment Portal. They also show in which unit or topic the content is taught in the adopted curriculum. The information in these spreadsheets are secure materials and are intended for classroom use only.
