Trimester 3 Report Card Reminders

Here are a few important notes for Trimester 3:
For All Teachers:
All Domains must have a score, no matter when they are taught in the year. The 3rd Trimester shows where a student ended the year in their understanding of standards within that domain.
Attendance records are for the entire year and will be through May 31st. This will be noted on the report card. Attendance on the report card will be available after 7am on June 2nd as we have to upload these records.
Optional Zoom will be held on May 24th from 3 pm -3:30 pm for anyone that needs help with their report cards. Here is the Zoom link.
Report Prep is May 31st.
For Middle School Only:
Your site admin will give you the date for your preview, and the date report cards are due.
In any class where students are not receiving Academic Grades (TA, Support Class), please put the following comment for each student in that class:
Students only receive Learning Behavior grades in this class.
For K-5 Elementary Only:
When assigning the elementary grading rubrics and comments, please put the date of 6/6/23. Teachers must use the Report Card rubrics to assign final grades. You can find the report card rubrics in your Assessment Shared With Me folder under Tri 3 Elementary Report Card.
All 3 Trimester comments will show on the report card. Please see the example below (Blacked out part is just the teacher or student name). Trimester 3 is the last comment. This change was made due to feedback from teachers and the AFG Committee members. If you do have a score for each domain on the Rubric, and you have a score from a previous Trimester, it will pull the last score you gave that student. An example would be if you have a score for Measurement and Data in Trimester 2, but not Tri 3, the score from Tri 2 will pull onto the report card.

i-Ready Window 3
Just a reminder that iReady Window 3 ends on May 26. Window 3 is required for 2nd grade and optional for Grades 3-8 because of CAASPP testing.
