Otus Plus Assessment Keyboard Shortcuts
Teachers can now use keyboard shortcuts for grading Plus Assessments in Otus! The Otus team is working on Rubric Assessment shortcuts next.
A few updates about the new Plus Grading assessment page:
  • The Plus Assessment grading page will utilize the entire width of the screen (no scrolling required)
  • After clicking into the first cell, teachers can select 1-8 on the keyboard to select the specific grading scale label for the student.
  • Teachers can type "I" to select IE- Insufficient Evidence.
  • For Learning Behaviors you would type: C, S or R.
  • Teachers can select "Enter/Return" to move to the next student in the list
  • Teachers can select "Shift+Tab" to move in reverse order (backwards, up the list of students)
Here is a short video that shows how it works.

Otus Move Assigned Assessment To Different Class
Teachers can now move an assigned assessment to a different class in Otus. Here is a link to an article with instructions about how to move an assigned assessment to a different class in Otus.
Please note: You must be the main teacher of both classes in order to move an assessment from one class to another. Otus is working on the ability to move assessments from a class that you were not the teacher for but that is not available yet.
