Pay Stub Delivery

Reminder of the pay stub delivery issue going on with PCOE and Microsoft. Microsoft will not increase the limit of emails being sent out resulting in many employees not receiving their paystubs. There is currently no resolve date for this.
We are asking everyone to please utilize their Escape Portal for printing out current and past paystubs.

The Education Foundation for California Schools invites California teachers to apply for a grant intended to support the creation of programs that will inspire students to excel in core subjects.
The window to apply is October 1 through October 31, 2025. Learn more and apply at caeducationfoundation.org.

K-8 Science Materials: Ordering Materials from the Media Center
You can now order materials for science labs from the Media Center. To see a list of what is available for ordering, please use the first tab on the sheet linked below. To place an order, please follow the steps provided at the top of the first tab called “Complete List/Order Form”.
Important reminders:

• Be sure to rename your copy of the spreadsheet with your last name and school site.
• Be specific about the quantities needed for each item.
• To submit your order, share the list (print or digital) with your Library Media Specialist.

Save the Date- ESGI Optional Training
We are excited to share that ESGI will be hosting an optional training on the new teacher homepage (see below). It will be Wednesday, October 1st from 2:45 – 3:45 PM on Zoom.
This session is a great opportunity to see the updates in action and learn helpful tips! Please note the ESGI original homepage will no longer be sunsetting in December and will be available all year. ESGI is seeking input from teachers to improve the new homepage. If you are interested in providing input, please fill out this form.
