Elementary Report Card Information
Report Card Prep is February 25, 2026
Report cards must be sent home by Friday, March 6th. Please work with your principal on if report cards will be emailed or printed and by when. Teachers will have the ability to print their own report card in PTP.

If you have any questions about who is running report cards, including Spanish report cards, your site admin will give you additional information. If you are having any issues with entering grades or questions regarding PowerTeacher Pro, please submit a Zendesk ticket.

Middle School Report Card Information
Final grades are due by Thursday, March 5th at 11:59pm. Report cards will be emailed home on March 6th. A reminder to please make sure you are running your own preview to check final grades. If you need any assistance please submit a Zendesk ticket.

New: K-8 Key Resource Hub
We’re excited to share that all instructional resources are now housed in a new Key Resource Hub, replacing the previous Key Resource Documents. Please use the Key Resource Hub as your primary location to find and access all current resources. We are hoping this updated design makes navigation easier. The Key Resource documents will be available until the end of the year.

TCI Social Studies Biographies
Just a reminder: The Biographies section in TCI includes background information and short videos on George Washington and Abraham Lincoln (and other presidents) that could be helpful if you are discussing Presidents’ Day in your classroom. To access the videos, locate the Biographies tab in the Reference section on the purple bar, then search by last name.

Please Do Not Upload Doctor’s Notes in Frontline
When inputting an absence into Frontline, please do not upload a doctor’s note as an attachment, as those are visible to substitutes and other RCSD employees. Instead, please send any doctor’s notes to Melinda Pon (certificated employees), Jennifer Bainbridge (classified), Heather Belford (Food Services), or Alice Lowery (extended leaves).

Escape Employee Portal: 2025 W-2 Forms and HR Information
Friendly reminder that the Escape Online Employee Portal provides district employees with secure, convenient access to their payroll and human resources information: pay stubs, leave balances, and W-2 forms, as well as review TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification expiration dates.
Please use the Employee Portal to update your personal contact information, including your phone number, home address, and email address. 2025 W-2 are now available for printing as well.

PCOE Employee of the Year Nominations
We are still accepting nominations for the 2026 Placer County Teacher of the Year, Classified Employee of the Year, and Counselor of the Year, and the RCSD Certificated Student Support Employee of the Year. All nominations are due by Friday, February 20, 2026 at 4:30pm.
