K-8 Science Materials: Ordering from the Media Center
If you need materials for a science lab you are planning, you can order materials from the Media Center through your site’s Library Media Specialist.
List of Science Materials
To place an order, please follow the steps provided at the top of the first tab called “Complete List/Order Form”. Be sure to rename your copy of the spreadsheet with your last name and school site. Any science materials orders for the end of the year need to be submitted by Friday, April 24.

K-2: Amira Reading Screener
As a reminder, any new students will need to be assigned the Amira assessment. Please assign the Amira BOY Benchmark assessment by following these steps:How to Assign an Assessment. Any new student has 45 days from enrollment to take the Amira screener. You can administer the assessment at any point within that 45-day window. Please send home parent notification (Site Sample Amira Letter) at least 15 days before you plan to administer the assessment.

Roseville Library Spring Reading Challenge
Students can spring into reading now through Saturday, April 18 with this fun seasonal challenge! Students can visit their local library to pick up a reading log (ages 4–12) or a Spring Reading Bingo card (ages 13+) for a chance to win exciting prizes. Click here for more information.

4th Grade - California State Park Adventure Pass
Spring break at a state park?! The California State Park Adventure Pass, provides free entry for fourth graders and their families at 54 amazing state parks throughout the state.

Second Step Posters
We have a large supply of Second Step full size posters and 8.5x11 cardstock posters. If you would like any posters to be sent to you to use in your classroom/school, please complete this Second Step Poster google form. We will distribute these extra materials on a first come first served basis.
This form will be shut off on Friday April 10th and extra materials will be disposed of.

School Spotlight

Check out this school spotlight in 1st grade at Cirby. Look at their great work! Students used their pictorial input charts to help organize ideas when writing paragraphs with academic vocabulary.
