Thank you to those who brought to our attention the Growing and Changing Permission form for 4th and 5th grades was not available on ParentSquare. The form is now available to all elementary sites as “GROWING AND CHANGING PERMISSION FORM" in the General Forms section of the permission slips. To add to a post, click the “Forms/Permissions” tab on the left-hand side of a post and scroll down to add.

Progress ReportsA reminder, Elementary Progress Reports need to go home by Friday, April 24th.

Middle School Mid-Trimester Progress Check
Middle School Teachers: An email from the school site will go home on Friday, April 24th to remind parents they can check grades in Otus. Here is a sample of the message that will be sent home by the school site. A reminder all students should have a grade for both Engagement and Work Completion.

i-Ready/IXL Window 3
- 2nd Grade: The i-Ready Window 3 Diagnostic is required for all 2nd grade students. The third Diagnostic will be automatically assigned on April 27. Students will not have access to instruction until they complete the Diagnostic assessment.
- Grades 3–8: The i-Ready and IXL Diagnostics for grades 3–8 are optional due to CAASPP testing. If your PLC chooses to administer the third Diagnostic, please coordinate with your site administrator to have i-Ready assigned. IXL will automatically allow access for all 6-8 grade beginning April 27th.

Mentor Teacher Interest Information
We are now recruiting Mentors to host Student Teachers, Interns, Practicum Students, and Field Experience Students for the 26/27 school year!
Thank you for your patience, as sign-ups are slightly later than usual due to increased internal staff movement for the upcoming school year.
Interested in Serving as a Mentor?
- Review the Mentorship Agreement.
- Submit a Mentor Interest Form.
- Personnel Services will compile submissions into a mentor list. This information is reviewed against the previous school year and organized based on submission date and mentor qualifications.
Late April - July:
- Student placement offers will be sent by Personnel Services through Droplet as candidates become available.
- When applicable, university resources will be included to support your review of program expectations.
- If you accept a student placement offer, please route the form to your direct supervisor.
