K-8 Science Materials: Ordering from the Media Center
If you need materials for a science lab you are planning, you can order materials from the Media Center through your site’s Library Media Specialist.
List of Science Materials
To place an order, please follow the steps provided at the top of the first tab called “Complete List/Order Form”. Be sure to rename your copy of the spreadsheet with your last name and school site. Any science materials orders for the end of the year need to be submitted by Friday, April 24.

K-8 Science: Bank of NGSS-Aligned Performance Tasks
The state has released a free bank of science performance tasks in their platform called ATLAS (Authentic Tasks for Learning & Assessment in Science). You can browse the tasks and set up a free account using the link below.

If you click “Browse Tasks” at the top of the page, then you can add filters based on what you are looking for.

i-Ready/IXL Window 3
2nd Grade:
The i-Ready Window 3 Diagnostic is required for all 2nd grade students. The third Diagnostic will be automatically assigned on April 27. Students will not have access to instruction until they complete the Diagnostic assessment.
Grades 3–8:
The i-Ready and IXL Diagnostics for grades 3–8 are optional due to CAASPP testing.
If your PLC chooses to administer the third Diagnostic, please coordinate with your site administrator to have i-Ready assigned. IXL will automatically allow access for all 6-8 grades beginning April 27th.

Mentor Teacher Interest Information
We are now recruiting Mentors to host Student Teachers, Interns, Practicum Students, and Field Experience Students for the 26/27 school year!
Interested in Serving as a Mentor?
After Submitting the Mentor Interest Form
  • Personnel Services will compile submissions into a mentor list. This information is reviewed against the previous school year and organized based on submission date and mentor qualifications.
Student Placement Offer Process
Late April - July:
  • Student placement offers will be sent by Personnel Services through Droplet as candidates become available.
  • When applicable, university resources will be included to support your review of program expectations.
  • If you accept a student placement offer, please route the form to your direct supervisor.
