K-5 Math: enVision Curriculum Resources
Here are some helpful tips for the new K-5 math curriculum:
- You can find all the Exit Tickets for the topic lessons in one place if you go to the Teacher Editions tab located below the Topic tabs. Then click Assessment Sourcebook. The Exit Tickets are the first resource listed in each topic in this printable book.
- You can find all the Reteach to Build Understanding, Spiral Review, Enrichment, and other lesson support pages in one place if you go to the Lesson Differentiated Practice tab located below the Topic tabs.
Benchmark Text Evidence Questions (Grs. 2–5)
Students can respond to text evidence questions in the Apply Understanding section as part of each week’s reading lessons. One option is to have students record responses in the Build, Reflect, Write e-notebook. Sample responses are available in the Text Evidence/Close Reading Answer Key in your teacher’s edition.

ELPAC Task Type of the Month: Listen to an Oral Presentation
This month, we’re highlighting the ELPAC Listening Task: Listen to an Oral Presentation. This task requires students to listen to an audio recording of an academic presentation and then answer 3-4 multiple-choice comprehension questions about what they just heard. Try it out this month: Help students listen actively to capture one big idea and two or three supporting details after an oral presentation. Pausing for a quick turn-and-talk partner summary gives students a chance to process academic language while practicing speaking skills. Check out these ELPAC Task Type slides for a sample ELPAC question and two quick instructional strategies that can be used to support this task.
