Report Card Info

All: There will be optional report card training PD on May 10th from 2:30pm-4:00pm if you would like a refresher on report cards.  The process is the same as it was for 1st and 2nd trimesters.  We will have guides and more information as we get closer. 


Elementary School: The highest level, Target, will switch to the word Proficient starting on May 10th.  We know some teachers would like a later date than this, but we have to balance changing the level for 3rd trimester as late as possible, while also taking into account that different sites are running report cards at different times.  The date to run report cards is a site decision.  Your principal will be getting you additional information about dates for your site.


Middle School: It is up to sites on when they want to run a preview report.  Grades are due by 11:59pm on 5/25.  Email will go out to families on 5/27.

Middle School ELA
Are you looking for resources to support your writing instruction? Consider using the activities within SpringBoard’s Digital Writing Workshop to target writing instruction and focus on modeling strong writing practices. With Google docs, Padlet, or other collaborative tools, co-construction of a text can be engaging and easily accessible for both in-person and distance learners alike. They can be found in your e-book on SpringBoard Digital and are available in PDFs for easy printing.

Technology Services Teacher End-of-Year Checkout - Technology As we near the end of the school year, we would like to share some guidance regarding the end-of-year checkout process for teachers' technology items. Please take a look at the below steps to ensure a smooth distribution and collection of items. The Information Systems Technician team will be distributing Ziploc bags to each site no later than June 6th based on certificated rosters. Principals and site clerical should then work internally to distribute the bags to each teacher. Ziploc Bag Distribution Each teacher will be provided one Ziploc bag for their current room. Teachers are required to place their iPad, Apple TV, charging bricks, charging cables, and remotes (both Apple TV and TV) inside the Ziploc bag. Each Ziploc bag should be clearly labeled with their respective current Room #. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES Elementary Report Card Information Report Card Prep is February 21, 2024. Report cards must be sent home by Friday, March 1st. Please work with your principal on if report cards will be emailed or printed and by when. Teachers have the ability to print their own report card in PTP. We will have an optional Zoom training on February 21 from 2:00pm-2:30pm for any elementary teacher that needs reminders on how to enter grades or comments in PowerSchool. Here is the Zoom link for the training. If grades are entered and you want to see what they look like, everything is live so you can create a PDF anytime between now and March 1st.
