 Report Card Reminders

If you have questions please reach out to the following people:

-Megan Spears: OR, Spanger, Fiddy, Junction, Thomas Jefferson, Champions K-2
-Brandon Blom: Sargeant, Diamond Creek, Crestmont, TK, Champions 3-5
-Jennie Ruvalcalba: Kaseberg, Woodbridge, Blue Oaks, Stoneridge
-Julie Murdaugh: Cirby, Brown, Riego Creek, Gates
-Joe Clark: Middle School

Report cards are run at the site level other than TK or Champions. Your site admin will give you additional information about report card previews and dates.
A Reminder that in Trimester 3 Report Cards, all domains should be scored (unless a student recently arrived in your class). The Trimester 3 report card shows how students did on the year-long standards and therefore all domains should have a score since all domains should have been assessed throughout the year.

Elementary
Tri 3 Report Card Rubric GuideThis guide shows you how to enter comments for the report card, how to assign the report card rubrics, and grade the rubrics.

1st-Grade Tier 1 Learning Targets

This document, calibrated by 1st-grade teachers across RCSD, identifies the 1st-grade math learning targets for each trimester.  Please use and reference this document with your PLC, students, and families.  This document lives on your 1st-grade Math Table of Contents and the RCSD Learning Site. The Spanish version will be linked next week.  Please reach out to Megan Spears with any questions.

Attention K-1 Teachers: Your last set of Foundational Skills are due by 5/21/2021.  This reporting is done via rubrics in Otus.  Here is a previous video (from Trimester 2) of how to assign the rubric and report your scores.  Here is a step-by-step guide to read for those that prefer that method. PLEASE DON’T CLONE THE RUBRICS. You can just assign them to your class from the assessment folder. Please reach out to Julie Murdaugh with any questions.
