Finding Previous Grades and iReady Data for a Student in Otus
In Otus, if you click on a student, and then Reports, you can view previous trimester grades and iReady scores. Below is a quick video if you want to learn more.
*Note - 6th-8th grade students who were in Champions during Trimester 2 or 3 last year will not have previous grades for those corresponding trimesters.

Elementary Grading
We will still use a final Report Card rubric for Elementary Report Cards. Teachers can still use either the formative or summative gradebook to keep track of student progress but will need to enter final grades on the rubric. That option might change once teachers can print their own report cards (Otus is aware of this feedback but does not have a timeline when this will be available). We will provide training on how to enter final grades when we get closer to the end of the trimester but wanted to give you this update.

Middle School Grading Scales
A reminder that in middle school there are three grading scales - formative, summative, and learning behaviors. When creating an assessment in Otus please make sure to select the grading scale you want the assignment to show up on. Also, a reminder that you must attach a standard for it to show in the gradebook. Please use the Custom Standards. Once you start using standards you will find it quicker using the Recent button.
