  • March 21, 2022 - Elementary PD Follow-Up
Thank you for your time on the March 21 PD Day! A huge shoutout to our teachers that presented on this day.

A reminder that if you won Kahoot at your site please email Brandon the book you would like purchased.

One of the areas our committee will look at before this year is over (and was clear in the feedback) was the need to look at or update our progress reports. If you or your PLC have created one and don’t mind sharing, please email Brandon what you use so we can give ideas to the committee.

Here is the FAQ and response document. If there is something you would like more clarity on, or if you asked a question on the form that was not answered, please reach out to Brandon and he would be happy to answer your questions.

  • New Reading App in Clever… Sora!
RCSD students and staff can now access a variety of digital titles through Sora OverDrive, a free student reading application! Sora provides safe access to hundreds of age-appropriate e-book titles for students to borrow at no cost. Students can borrow, renew, or place books on hold and the digital titles automatically return at the end of the lending period with no late fees. Students and teachers can use their RCSD Gmail accounts to log into Sora through Clever or via our unique RCSD Sora Link.

Note: Students can increase the number of age-appropriate titles that are available by adding the Roseville Public Libraries to their Sora accounts. Students can do this by following these steps:

    • 1. Select the dropdown next to “Roseville City School District”
    • 2. Select “Add Library”
    • 3. Search “NorthNet Library System”
    • 4. Select “This is My Library”
