Here in RCSD, we are working to align our academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning into a fully integrated system of support for the benefit of all students. One way to support our students' social-emotional wellness is to create safe and inclusive classrooms. This enhances the student/teacher relationship as well as the student/student relationships. Roseville City School District  Celebrates 150 Years! For 150 years, Roseville City School District has been inspiring and educating the youngest minds in Roseville. RCSD began modestly in 1869 with 44 students. In the last 150 years, we have grown to an impressive 11,500+ students. From the Gilded Age to the Information Age, our commitment and focus has always been child-centered. Throughout the year, we will be celebrating where we were and where we’re going.
