2023-2024 Newsela Changes On June 30, Newela will retire their current free version and will replace it with Newsela Lite. Classified Calendars All classified employees have received their calendars for the 23/24 school year. Additionally, employees that follow the 225, 250, and 260 day calendars received updated calendars for the 22/23 school year as they now have June 19th off in recognition of Juneteenth, a Federal Holiday.  CRITICAL Google Chrome Update - Please Update & Relaunch Chrome T he California Cyber Threat Integration Center (Cal-CSIC) has become aware of a zero-day vulnerability which affects Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, and is actively being exploited.
